By selling exclusively online, we save our customers an average of $200 a pair. You can compare the quality of our shoes to $500 shoes you’d find sitting on the shelves at big box stores. From the beginning, we’ve wanted nothing more than to offer high quality at a lower price.
What is my Taft shoe size?
Our shoes are made true to size. If you typically wear a size 42, you can order a size 42 in Taft shoes.
We only offer whole sizes...if you typically wear a half-size, we strongly recommend that you size down. For example, if you wear a size 43.5, we recommend that you size down to a 43.

The shoe I want is sold out... what should I do?
We are working hard to manage our inventory and make sure we can have your size available. We will try and bring back older styles as often as possible. Be sure to sign up for the Back-in-Stock notifications on the product page to be the first to know when a shoe is back in stock.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order is placed, we will ship within 24. Once shipped, the order will arrive in 4-7 days, depending on your location.
Free Returns are offered on all shoe purchases within European Union countries, unless otherwise noted on certain products (namely Final Sale items or seconds). Return requests must be made within 14 days of the date you receive your shoes. Requests after this point will be denied.
Shipping for Exchanges or Returns is free of charge within the EU for one return or exchange per order. If a second exchange or return is requested, the cost of the second shipping will be covered by the customer.
